Many legal issues do not fit neatly into one area of the law. Many legal issues involve more than one area of the Law. We will help you navigate the legal system ensuring we have addressed all of your legal needs.

Probate law encompasses many situations, an example would be where a person is unable to care for themselves or their property and require the assistance of a guardian or conservator. In these situations, the Court is charged with the duty to ensure that the wishes of those who can't speak for themselves are carried out.

This also relates to the settling of estates after the death of a loved one. This is a stressful time and carrying out the duties of a Personal Representative are cumbersome in some instances; we can assist in the process and help you through this difficult time.

Landlord/Tenant Law covers a wide array of issues ranging from residential rental issues to commercial leases.Under Landlord/Tenant Law both the Landlord and Tenant have certain rights and responsibilities and when one party does not honor their responsibility then cases often end up in Court. Whether you are a Landlord or Tenant our firm is able to handle your case in an efficient manner.

Many people do not realize the importance of proper estate planning. Most people
believe that a trust is the only way to protect their assets for the next
generation. While trusts are beneficial for some they often times are not
beneficial to most of our clients.

Our office conducts a thorough interview with
our clients to ensure we are meeting their estate planning needs without
over-complicating the estate. We do offer flat fees on some estate planning
documents such as; Simple Wills, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Financial
Power of Attorney.

Generally a misdemeanor is punishable by not more than one year in prison and for lesser offenses, such as traffic violations these may classified as offenses, A felony on the other hand is punishable by more than a year in prison. Even if you commit a crime, law enforcement agencies must respect your Constitutional Rights.
