Many people do not realize the importance of proper estate planning. Most people
believe that a trust is the only way to protect their assets for the next

The classification of the crime is important for many reasons but most importantly the maximum penalty that can imposed on the offender. Felonies are generally categorized by degree with different levels of punishment associated with a particular degree.
Generally a misdemeanor is punishable by not more than one year in prison and for lesser offenses, such as traffic violations these may classified as offenses, A felony on the other hand is punishable by more than a year in prison.
